Lightspeed Delta Zulu steals the show at Sun n Fun!

April 17, 2023

The moment we had been waiting for, the first major show appearance for the Lightspeed Delta Zulu! Launched last fall, it was now time for the big stage with so many aviation enthusiasts at Sun n Fun in Lakeland, FL March 28 – April 2, 2023. It was certainly a year to remember – and pilots from all over the world were eager to get the chance to touch and most importantly HEAR what the Lightspeed Delta Zulu can do to improve their flying experiences.

Our home base in Hangar B looked a bit different with Lightspeed spanning across the aisle to showcase not only the world’s only aviation safety wearable, the Lightspeed Delta Zulu, but our tried-and-true staples in ANR technology with the Zulu 3 and Sierra ANR headsets. And they each have their own benefits to the various pilots in general aviation.

True, the carbon monoxide detection feature of the Lightspeed Delta Zulu sparked most safety-conscious pilots’ curiosity at first. But the biggest draw was the soundproof HearingEQity booth where customers could take the 12-frequency hearing test to create their own personal hearing profiles in the Lightspeed App – right there in the Lightspeed booth. Sitting comfortably in a quiet place, customers could hear how the Lightspeed Delta Zulu has revolutionized the aviation community, setting the bar well above and beyond any other headset out there. The Lightspeed Delta Zulu is truly not just another headset.

We enjoyed meeting with many media outlets to spread our latest news and answer any questions they had about Lightspeed and the Lightspeed Delta Zulu. Here are a few of them:
