August 7, 2021

We had such a blast at Oshkosh 2021 – check out what Lightspeed was up to and who we were collaborating with at the show, for some fun features!

  1. We kicked off the week with Nick Hoffman, star of “Nick’s Wild Ride”, country music performer, and pilot, as he interviews Kyle Fowler, Air Show pilot flying the Long EZ for GO EZ Aerobatics, at the Lightspeed Aviation tent at EAA AirVenture 2021 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

2. Owner of SocialFlight Jeff Simon, took a bit of a risk and invited Bryan Turner from Just Plane Silly to tag along with him as he visited SocialFlight partners at AirVenture 2021. You guessed it, one of those partners was Lightspeed!

3. LIVE FROM EAA AIRVENTURE!! Oshkosh is underway. Dan Millican talks to vendors Lightspeed and FlightAware, and catches up with Flight Chops (Steve Thorne) on his adventures getting his new RV-10 down to Whitman Field. And Mark Patey makes a big reveal for Best Tugs! Check out the time stamp 01:12 to learn about Lightspeed Aviation with Teresa De Mers.

4. Dan Millican with the YouTube Series Taking Off goes in depth with Lightspeed EVP Teresa De Mers at our AirVenture booth on a raining morning! Dan said, “This small company has rocked the headset market, especially with their Zulu 3s in a classic David vs Goliath situation, and they’re holding their own!” Dan has owned and used Lightspeed as his primary headset while flying Sierras he bought in his first week of pilot training. Taking Off is not sponsored by Lightspeed Aviation (they do however love their products!).
