Portland, OR (November 24, 2014) — Lightspeed Aviation has announced that it is the title sponsor of the Helicopter Association International Excellence in Communications award. This prestigious award is given once a year to the individual or organization achieving the most creative and distinct dissemination of information about the helicopter industry.

The Lightspeed Aviation Excellence in Communications Award is one of nine Salute to Excellence Awards that honor those pilots, maintenance technicians, operators, safety professionals, and others who have demonstrated a commitment to excellence that has enriched vertical aviation.
