Return policy

We want you to love your new Lightspeed product. But we also know that you may not be able to fly and enjoy your new Lightspeed Aviation ANR headset right away. That’s why Lightspeed offers a 30-day, full money-back guarantee on all new* products. If for any reason you wish to return a Lightspeed product within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, Lightspeed will refund your purchase price.  As always, returned products must be in like-new condition and must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt. Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable. Return shipping is not covered under this policy.

*Certified pre-owned products have a 14-day money-back guarantee and are subject to a 10% restocking fee for any return reason other than manufacturing defect in the first 14 days.

Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on any order that contains at least one regularly priced item valued at $199 or more. Free shipping is available within the United States. We welcome international orders, and standard ground shipping rates will apply. These will be visible on check out before you complete the transaction.  Orders completed Monday-Friday by 11 a.m. PST will typically ship the same day unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Standard shipping rates apply for all purchases under $199.

In the United States, orders ship via FedEx Ground with tracking unless other arrangements have been made.

For orders outside the United States, additional duties, taxes, and/or customs fees may apply and are not paid for by Lightspeed Aviation. Any duties, taxes, and/or customs fees are to be paid for by the purchaser. These fees may vary by country.
